Type SE, Style R (SER): Two, three or four insulated conductors with a bare AA-8000 aluminum alloy ground and a reinforcement tape. Type SE, Style R (SER) is used to convey power from the service drop to the meter base and from the meter base to the distribution panelboard. It may be used in other branch circuits, feeders, or any application where Type SE cable is permitted by the NEC. SE cable is rated for 600V not to exceed 90C in wet or dry locations. Single conductors are UL Listed Type XHHW-2. The cable is rated Sunlight Resistant.
